2. Intellectual Property Ownership and Protection
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Extension — including but not limited to the source code, object code, architecture, algorithms, design, UI/UX elements, trademarks, service marks, branding, written content, documentation, associated backend systems, APIs, and any updates, enhancements, or derivative works thereof — are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Rohit and his company.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- You acquire no ownership interest or other rights in or to the Extension or its intellectual property beyond the limited license granted herein.
- You shall not use, display, or reference our name, logo, trademarks, or any aspect of the Extension for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
- Any feedback, suggestions, or recommendations you provide relating to the Extension may be freely used by us without any obligation to you, and you hereby irrevocably assign all rights, title, and interest in such feedback to Rohit and his company.
Strict enforcement: We will vigorously enforce our intellectual property rights to the fullest extent permitted by law, including pursuing injunctive relief, damages, and legal fees in the event of any misuse or infringement.
3. Data and API Usage
The Extension may interface with proprietary systems, our backend APIs, and/or licensed third-party APIs. Unauthorized scraping, data harvesting, or use of the Extension to bypass or mimic API calls is strictly prohibited.
You may not:
- Attempt to intercept, replicate, cache, or reuse any data or API responses provided by the Extension or its backend.
- Circumvent any technical limitations, security mechanisms, or license enforcement features within the Extension.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Extension:
- For any illegal, unauthorized, or unethical purpose.
- In a way that infringes, misappropriates, or violates our intellectual property or that of any third party.
- To attempt to gain unauthorized access to our infrastructure, servers, databases, or codebase.
5. Termination
